Hi, and Welcome Penguin Fanatics!

i am shadowsharon, penguin on a mission.

i am NOT affiliated with the official Club Penguin site. This is my personal blog showing off all my fun things so you will (hopefully) come play with us at the site!




i love collecting things, and for the 9-14 set, Disney set up this kewl place for RT interactions and role play.





So one day i went there and thought it looked kinda fun.
So i joined.

















Of course, i had to get the paid subscription so i could BUY stuff.

After i joined, i started finding out what the place was about and where all the fun stuff was to find.

i adopted my first Puffle pet, Pookie.
As time went on, i got rather compulsive about it.

And now i have a house (igloo) full of nice warm things and 6 pets.

FIESTA!

So i got some shots of me around the island, thought i would use them for a headder on this blog eventually.

And while i was wandering around, i found this amazing igloo guy that bought EVERYTHING i think! How cute!

We all got cards inviting us to the upcoming FIESTA party this Friday.

So here are some shots of the Fiesta decorations and me out there enjoying the party. i LOVE the detail they put into the coffee shop (notice the board offers coffee and nachos, and that the chocolate fountain in front runs real chocolate) and remember that every room or place is playing music appropriate for the occasion.

SQUID!

With January comes a new play at the theater.

















Yes-- i actually did get a squid costume. No, i am NOT going to post a picture.

DANCE!

Mid Winter Fun was created when the team started Dance Party- a 5 day gig where all 50 servers hosted a special party with a special "roof party" for members only.

They introduced a new character "Cadence" as the DJ and had her popping in and out of the various servers dance clubs all the time-- and if a penguin FOUND her (and got into the CLOSED servers and rooms as they were overwhelmed with penguins) then you got to have a kewl background card with her signature.




















She also is the character in the new dance game they have installed.
Consequently, i spent 3 days learning where a good group was to track her down, and once we did (and i got my background), i then helped a ton of newbies and little kids find her over and over again the last 2 days. it was like skip tracing criminals only more fun!

















If you look closely for the penguin with the little blue circle around it, that would be ME.

Penguins through the Winter

We had the Winter igloo updates and they offered this Gingerbread one. I found this girls igloo particularly wonderful--- check out how she made a bed out of 2 couches and the snow!!!!!
















On Line they also offer backgrounds that i am enjoying using on my desktop.

Party Party Party

There are lots of parties on the island, and some of the old ones have pics in the scrap books... I also took shots of some of the decorations during the holiday party. Upcoming is the Winter party in January!

While working as a secret agent, we get to see places that aren't open normally, and are awarded various medals and such.







































While looking at igloos I found a funny hospital house... and then i changed my own igloo to a Dojo style one that i like a LOT!
